Our company has certified its quality with the ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate it obtained in 2003. Our products are produced by controlling them on a process basis. In addition, we test the products we produce in our laboratory, which we developed with the latest technology devices. We inform our customers with the Product Quality Report we have created as a result of various tests and measurements we apply to the products we make. At the request of our customers; We also provide 3.1 certificate, PPAP reports.

It established “QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY” in 2002 and manufactures in accordance with many quality management systems. In the Quality Laboratory; We have machines that can perform various controls such as Dimensional and Micro Measuring Devices, Bakelite Taking, Hardness Measuring Devices, Torque Test, Gauge Control and corrosion test.

Measurements and tests we have applied to our products

Size measurement: Digital caliper and micrometers and all head and thread dimensions of the screw
Mechanical tests are:
Control of screw guides with Go-No go gages,
Hardness control; Surface hardness and core hardness measurement with Micro Vickers Hardness Tester (HV0.3) by taking the cross-section from screws,
Torque test; Torsion strength adequacy test on screws with the help of a torque device
